Siffi complements EAPs excellently. While EAPs offer everyday counseling, Siffi provides professional therapy with experienced coaches, psychologists, and clinical psychologists. It’s a personalized, effective, and transparent service that ensures employee happiness.

Coverage depends on your health insurance policy, but many policies do not offer substantial therapy coverage. If your policy covers mental healthcare, we can send therapy invoices directly to your insurance company, eliminating the need to pay for the subscription.

Yes, users can freely choose their therapist or coach. We often recommend suitable options, but users can change therapists at any time without questions.

Therapy and coaching sessions are either 45 or 60 minutes long. Each user can have up to eight full-length sessions in a 12-month period, with the option to adjust the limit to your employer’s preferences. Text-based mental health counseling has unlimited usage.
