Back in 2018, Tarmo and Sven worked together on Sentab , a powerful technological stack with a lot of content management, video calls and user linking tools.
Growing up in a family of doctors, the health topic was always close to Tarmo’s heart. And the end of 2018, they both decided to focus their energy and resources on the healthcare industry where they identified a real need to transform the user experience.
Tarmo and Sven decided to build a telehealth platform to offer solutions to end-users transforming the user experience that one gets from a healthcare service.
In 2020 Mika Peltola, founder of the health clinic Medemis, joined as 3rd co-founder. He brought in the topic of mental health and convinced the rest of the team to keep an eye out for that -too often- overlooked area in the workplace.
After some trial and error, Minudoc pivoted into the corporate segment offering remote health subscriptions to employers.
Over the next few months, while talking to their corporate customers, they discovered that many of them desired a dedicated mental well-being subscription package. This only conforted our team in need of mental health remote services. That is how Siffi was born as part of the Minudoc Family.
